Director
Steph has been passionate about property for many years and bought her first investment in 2012. Since then, her experience in renovating has flourished, with many successful projects under her belt. With a keen eye for interior design and her overly enthusiastic approach to planning and organising, she can turn any building site into a thing of beauty
Alex Cork
Operations Director
Alex has always had a love and appreciation for great building design. He bought his first investment property in 2006 and since then has been investing in the Kent and South East area where he grew up. Alex has considerable experience leading large complex programmes with £multi-million budgets and political sensitivities. Often the one to scrutinise the numbers, he will also get involved in engineering calculations as well as financial ones. He and Steph work fantastically well as a team with their complimentary skills
